Webinar "Quality in the ENIC-NARIC networks: Delivering relevant services to national stakeholders - Tools and best practices" held on 5 November 2020 at 10:00-11:30 CET

‘Quality’ and the promotion of a quality culture to strengthen the operations of centres, is a coreelement of the EB/NAB workplan. While quality in terms of internal and external quality assurance mechanisms has been discussed in previous annual meetings, less attention has been given how todeliver relevant services to our national stakeholders.

This session zooms in on this important aspect of strengthening quality, by organizing a peer exchange of strategies how to deliver relevant services to our national stakeholders.

The session focusses on the following elements:

  1. Provide an introduction of the relation between quality and relevance in the framework of the LRC and centres’ remit and services;
  2. Sharing three strategies to deliver relevant services: customer satisfaction surveys, admissions officers networks and design thinking.

The session will be hands on. It is focused to inspire you and provide levers to use these type of strategies in your own context. All centres – whether applied advanced strategies or just beginning – are welcome to join. Little time will be reserved for group discussion and sharing experiences.
